For more than 20 years, SCA has helped with the technical management of the Terrou-Bi for the construction of roads and utilities as well as the general coordination of the successive extension works of the hotel.
Main characteristic(s)
Terrou-Bi is a hotel next to the gourmet restaurant of the same name for businessmen travelling to Dakar. In the four-star category, it will combine calm, comfort and entertainment (proximity to the casino), while being strategically placed in relation to the main business centres of Dakar. There will be more than 100 rooms and suites on three levels available.
